Normal processing can take between 1-3 business days [Monday-Friday]. If, for any reason, processing takes longer we will reach out to you through email or it will be posted and updated to the website. 

Free Shipping

Free shipping minimums do not include gift cards, special orders, and any items canceled or removed from the order. If items are canceled, removed, or returned for payment then we will adjust the amount to include shipping.

Customers typically choose their shipping method at their discretion during check out. Once the package is shipped we are not liable for the location of the package or how long it is taking. Unfortunately these things are out of our hands if we are not delivering the package to you directly. For any issues during the shipping process please contact the company delivering your package. - We know, and we understand any frustrations, we don't like contacting them over missing or late items either. 

Free Standard Shipping On Orders Over $50

Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $50 excluding gift cards (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, gift wrap charges, and after any discounts or coupons). Truck delivery and shipping surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items will still apply (these charges are indicated on the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order). Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with "Standard – free”. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

Orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Business Direct orders.

The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. If shipping to multiple addresses, shipping cost will be based on order total for each individual shipping address. Use the tables below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.
