We refer to Scarlett Sky Brands, LLC  as, the "Company" while we refer to the Scarlett-Sky Candles and scarlett-sky.com the "Brands". We refer to the Company and the Brands together as "Scarlett-Sky" "we" "us" or "our". We hope you enjoy using the Site. Due of the exciting and unique nature of the Internet, browsing experiences and our desire to provide you with an extravagent experience, we have the need to point out to you some legal rules  as they apply to you while visiting here and using our Site. Treatment of Sales Tax

We are required by law in New Jersey and other states to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions.

We do not collect sales tax on gift cards, as the appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is redeemed.

Sales shipped inside of the United States of America  are made by Scarlett-Sky Brands, LLC and based on the location where the order was received.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
